Our annual Rib Roast is a smoked ribs and brisket competition with other fun activities such as live music, a silent auction, raffles, and many games for the children. 2016 Rib Roast goal was to achieve the funding we needed for our website startup as well as the fees for our 5013c certification. With the immense support and love from our sponsors, volunteers, and community we successfully reached our goals. As we look forward to seeing you there next year please  enjoy our slideshow from 2016
